If you go over your included voice minutes, extra minutes are billed at your plan's rate — from £0.17 per minute. The higher your plan, the lower the rate. We notify you when you reach 80% of your monthly minutes.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
The setup fee is a one-time cost applied at the beginning for the complete configuration of your AI assistant. It includes: personalized AI responses based on your business (hours, services, location, specific rules), custom conversation flows (bookings, orders, FAQs), integration with your systems (Google Calendar, CRM, WhatsApp, Google Maps, any system), testing and optimization in the first days, and voice/chatbot/messaging customization to reflect your brand style. Think of it as training a virtual employee who already knows everything about your business - and never takes a break.

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Annual billing gives you a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. All prices are in GBP (£). We accept all major credit cards and can arrange invoicing for Scale plan customers.
